MISUMI
A punch with a dowel hole on the punch shaft that allows for direct positioning of the punch. Convenient when using a punch retainer. - Recommended when you are concerned about damage to the brim of the punch, such as when punching high tensile strength materials. ・Size expanded from D32 to D45! [What is RW coating] It is a coating that is harder and more heat resistant than TiCN. Furthermore, WPC treatment is applied to the base to strengthen the adhesion of the coating film. Compared to TiCN/HW, it can be expected to have a significantly longer punch life and contribute to reducing mold maintenance costs.
