The websites of MISUMI VIETNAM CO.,LTD.(hereafter "we") are hosted by MISUMI Group Inc. and us in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before using this website.

Purpose of Data Use

1. CAD data (3D CAD data, 3D CAD intermediate data, and 2D CAD data) published on this site by MISUMI VIETNAM CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is provided for the purpose of easily checking interference, shapes, etc., of the products sold by the Company (including those manufactured by the Company and other manufactures, hereinafter referred to as "products") in layout design using CAD.

2. The simplified drawing data (PDF) downloaded by customers from this site is provided for the purpose of checking product specifications easily.

Characteristics of Data

The tolerances, surface roughness, chamfering, etc., of the CAD data and simplified drawing data (hereinafter referred to as "data") may differ from the actual product shape. Furthermore, to reduce data size and to ensure providing stable data , some of data may omit details such as oil grooves, threads, springs, etc. Please take this into consideration when using.

Disclaimer

Due to the aforementioned characteristics of the data, the accuracy of the data is not guaranteed. Furthermore, the Company may change, add, or delete data without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, alteration, or deletion of data, regardless of the reason.

Copyright

The copyright of all information contained in the data is owned by the Company or the manufacturers of the products. Such copyright is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Without prior permission from the Company, the data may not be used for purposes other than the aforementioned purposes of use. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, reproduction, modification, uploading, posting, transmission, distribution, licensing, sale, publication.

If data is used in violation of the aforementioned purposes or laws, the Company may prohibit the use of the data and the Company's site by the customer and may take legal measures.

Third-Party Provisions

When using data, or software to create or view data whose rights owned by third parties (including the products' manufacturers), the customer may be required to agree to separate agreement set by the third party in order to use the data or software. In this case, the Company assumes no responsibility for defects or rights infringements of the data or software of the third party.

Revision of Regulations

1. The Company may revise, change, and modify (hereinafter referred to as "Revisions") these Terms & Conditions for Downloading CAD Data and Simplified Drawing Data.

2. When making Revisions, the Company will notify the customer through Information on the Company's website or other appropriate means before the effective date of the Revisions, regarding the contents of the Revisions, the effective date, and other necessary matters.

3. The Revisions to these Terms & Conditions for Downloading CAD Data and Simplified Drawing Data will take effect from the date specified at the time of notification.

Handling When Some Provisions Are Invalid or Excluded from Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions for Use of CAD and Simplified Drawing Data becomes invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws, orders, rules, etc., such provision shall be deemed modified or deleted only to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable laws. The remaining provisions of these regulations shall remain fully valid.
